Techo Fuerte Modified Bitumen is a pre-fabricated waterproofing membrane made from plastomeric polymer bitumen (APP) with a composite polyester reinforcement, providing strong mechanical properties and excellent dimensional stability. The membrane features a talc upper finish and PE film on the lower side, and is primarily used as an underlay applied by torch or mechanical fixing
